Payments for products and services are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and billing information.
• Pay all fees due at the time of purchase or as otherwise stated at checkout.
• Comply with Stripe's terms of service and acceptable use policies.
• Understand that we do not store your full card details; Stripe handles card data in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund policy stated at purchase or on the product page. Chargebacks and disputes may be subject to investigation and could result in suspension of access to digital products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Athlete and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or payments processed through Stripe. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Modern Athlete operates. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Payment disputes may also be subject to Stripe's dispute resolution processes where applicable.
